On the following page, you can compare the results of the candidate with norm groups from seven different occupations. These results are compared to a norm group to derive a percentile score within the population. For example, if a candidate scores 70, they performed as well or better than 70 percent of the 4,000 people who were part of our 2014 test norming study.
